Warranty
Warranty period
12 months from the date of purchase for products purchased on COMIS' official website. Proof of purchase date must be provided when making a claim.
Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the device itself (battery, case, nozzle). All other parts are excluded from this warranty coverage.
Replacement process
To request a replacement under this warranty, please contact us with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Order date
- Detailed description of the issue
- Video evidence of damage/issue
- Email subject line: "Reclaim of purchase"
If we confirm a production error based on your video evidence, we will send you a new device at no charge. If further investigation is required, you must send the product to our headquarters in Stockholm. Please note that COMIS does not cover any shipping expenses. If no defects as described above are found, the product will be returned to you. If defects are confirmed, we will send you a new device free of charge.
Maintenance requirements
To maintain warranty validity, the following maintenance instructions must be strictly followed:
Post misting
After usage, remove the capsule and save the rest for next use or recycle your empty capsule as plastic.
Device cleaning
Clean your device on a semi-weekly basis or when switching from True Tan capsules to other capsules.
Press 1–2 cleansing drops in the empty holder and spray to cleanse through. Use a wet cloth to clean the exterior of your device.
Exclusions
Repairs/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty period:
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken case, etc.)
- This includes damage due to inadequate cleaning or failure to maintain the device according to our maintenance guidelines as specified above.
- Damage caused by liquid residue resulting from improper storage or infrequent cleaning.
- Failure or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
- Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear (minor scratches on the case, color alteration, or plating deterioration).
This warranty guarantees free replacement in accordance with the terms specified herein and within the stated period. It does not restrict any legal rights of the customer.
