Which payment methods do you accept?

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all subscription orders and orders over 50 USD / 50 EUR / 500 SEK.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You should receive your order within 1-5 business days. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

My order was returned, what do I do?

Please contact us using our contact form to arrange a reshipment or refund.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If you do not pick up your package, it will automatically be sent back to us after 7 days. We then charge a fee for uncollected packages. This is to cover the shipment and handling costs. If you are unable to pick up your package, please contact us using our contact form.

What is your return policy?

Return any unused product within 14 days for a refund. Terms and conditions apply.

Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

If you need any help, please contact us using our contact form.

How can I change an order that's already been placed?

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected. In this situation, we suggest you to contact us and cancel the incorrect order. Thereafter, we recommend you to place a new order on our website, with the correct item(s), at your own convenience.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

Check the tracking information provided in the shipping email. If there are issues, please contact us using our contact form.

If my package is damaged, what do I do?

Take photos of the damage and contact us using our contact form.

How do I use a promotional code?

At checkout, click “Add promo code,” enter your code, and click “Apply.” Ensure there are no extra spaces. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Is my payment secure?

Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by Shopify payments, our payment service provider, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards.

What is included in my MultiMist?

How do I use my MultiMist?

To use your MultiMist, simply insert a capsule and press down the spray button to mist your face. For detailed instructions, visit our how to use page.

How do I change and use different capsules with my MultiMist?

COMIS capsule system makes it easy to switch between different treatments. Remove the capsule from the MultiMist, insert your other capsule and you’re ready to spray. If you have liquid left in your capsules save the rest for next use (the capsule reseals when removed) or recycle your empty capsule as plastic.

Can I leave my capsule in the MultiMist between applications?

If you wish to leave your capsule in the MultiMist between applications, make sure to store it standing upright. For travels we always recommend to remove the capsule.

How, and how often, should I clean my MultiMist?

Only needed on a semi-weekly basis or when switching from True Tan capsules to others capsules: Press 1–2 cleansing drops in the empty holder and spray to cleanse it through. Use a wet cloth to clean the exterior of your MultiMist.

Do I need to charge my MultiMist before use?

The MultiMist device is delivered precharged, so you can start using it right out of the box.

How does the money back guarantee work?

If you’re not satisfied, return the device within 30 days for a full refund. Terms and conditions apply, read more here.

How long is the warranty valid and what does it cover?

The warranty is valid for one year and covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from misuse, read more here.

Can I travel with my MultiMist & capsules?

Yes, the MultiMist is travel-safe and complies with global aviation regulations. Our capsules contain 5 ml (less than the 100ml/3.5 oz limit).

How long is the battery life and charging time of my MultiMist?

Fully charged the battery can be used for 30 minutes non stop. This accounts for approximately 50-60 applications. It takes 90 minutes to fully charge the battery.

My MultiMist has stopped spraying, what should I do?

Check if the capsule is empty or improperly inserted and ensure the MultiMist is charged. If the problem persists, add 1–2 cleansing drops to the empty holder and spray to cleanse through the system. Use a damp cloth to clean the nozzle and exterior. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us using our contact form.

My MultiMist isn’t charging, what should I do?

Check if your MultiMist blinks with a solid white light while charging. When fully charged, the blinking stops and a solid light remains. If it’s not charging, try a different USB-C cable or adapter. If the issue persists, please contact us using our contact form.

Is my MultiMist water resistant?

No. Although the MultiMist handles liquids, the capsule holder and USB-C port should stay dry from water or any other liquids not provided by COMIS. For cleaning, please read our maintenance instructions.

Capsules & formulations

Why do you you use capsules instead of refill bottles?

Airtight capsules protect ingredients from oxygen, light, and bacteria to keep formula fresh & potent up until the very moment it lands on your skin.

Can I save the unused liquid in my capsule for later use?

The capsule reseals itself when removed and can be used for multiple applications.

How should I store my capsules?

Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

What are your capsules made of?

Our capsules are made from 100% recycled polypropylene (PP) plastic. PP is a strong, non-toxic material widely used for hygiene products to keep liquid formulas protected from moisture, mildew, fungus, bacteria, and mold.

How do I recycle my used capsules?

Recycle them at your nearest recycling station as plastic.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle on sensitive skin.

Where are your products being produced?

Our products are produced in Sweden and USA.

Do your products expire?

Our skincare formulas last up to 3 years, and our self tan formula last up to 10 months. Check the packaging for the exact expiration date.

Do you use fragrance?

Yes, our products contain fragrance to enhance your experience. They are allergy-tested and suitable for sensitive skin.

What do the formulas feel like?

Our formulas are lightweight and quickly absorbed, leaving no sticky residue.

Are your products suitable for all ages?

Our products are suitable for all ages and skin types, but we recommend being at least 15 years old.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your favourite capsule and how often you want them. It will be delivered for free to your door with 20% discount. Cancel anytime, no strings attached.

What is included in my subscription?

5 capsules (25 ml) of your choice, delivered as often as you want. Skip a shipment, change frequency, or pause your subscription at any time. Always free shipping and 20% discount!

Can I cancel my subscriptions anytime?

Yes, the subscription is completely flexible and you can opt out at any time by logging into your account section and selecting "Cancel Subscription" under the Subscription Settings drop down menu.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be managed through your online account.

From the 'Subscription Settings' page you can cancel the subscription or change the date of your next refill dispatch date by selecting "Subscription Settings". To change up your capsules or frequency of deliveries, click Delivery Frequency or Change Scents on the menu to make your amendments.

How do I add a discount code to my subscription?

On your account section, you can select the tab Discount Code. If you're on desktop, it's on the left hand side menu. On mobile, click on My Account and then from the menu select Discount Code. Please note, not all discounts are valid for use on subscription refills. If you have an issue entering your discount code.

How do I change my address on my account?

To edit the address on your account for your orders:

  • Login to your account here On the left hand menu, select Addresses You can then either:
  • Add a new address 
  • Edit an existing address
  • Delete an existing addressIf you add or edit an address, there will be a tick-box option to set it as your primary delivery address if desired.
  • Press save, check you’re happy with the subscription and the next delivery date

How do I add products to my existing subscription?

To add in items to your subscription, please check out the steps below:

  • Firstly, login to your account
  • Click Manage subscription 
  • Click Manage this subscription/bundle 
  • Scroll down and either select from the items suggested, or you can select Browse Products and search for any COMIS product from the website Confirm how many you would like to add in to your next order only, and save 
How do I change how often my capsules are delivered?

To edit the order frequency on your subscription, please check out the steps below:

  • Firstly, login to your account here On the left hand menu, click Manage subscriptions
  • Click the bundle you wish to edit, selecting Manage this Bundle
  • Click Update contents Select the Frequency desired from the dropdown menu
  • Press save, check you’re happy with the subscription and the next delivery date.

How do I change the shipping date for my next capsule delivery?

To edit the next order date on your subscription:

  • Login to your account here On the left hand menu, click Manage subscriptions
  • Click the bundle you wish to edit, selecting Manage this Bundle
  • You can then either:Select the SKIP option to miss an order
  • Select RESCHEDULE and delay the order by 1 week or 2 weeks or to a specific date in the future
  • Press save, check you’re happy with your subscription and the next delivery date

How do I change the capsules on my subscription?

  • Login to your account here On the left hand menu, click Manage subscriptions
  • Click the bundle you wish to edit, selecting Manage this Bundle
  • Click Update contents Use the - and + toggles to select which capsule(s) you would like.
  • Press save, check you’re happy with the subscription and the next delivery date

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  • Login to your account here
  • Click Manage subscriptionClick Manage bundle
  • Scroll all the way down and select Cancel subscription
  • Choose your reason to cancel and finalise by clicking Cancel subscription

If you want to check, your old subscription will show under Your inactive subscriptions on your profile.

True Tan

What are the active ingredients in True Tan and how does it work?

True Tan contains Dihydroxyacetone and Erythrulose, which reacts with the skin to create a natural-looking tan.

When will I start to see results?

Results begin to appear within a few hours and are fully developed over 24 hours.

How long will the result last?

The natural looking tan lasts up to 5 days.

Can I use True Tan on my body?

True Tan is designed for facial use, but can be used on the body.

How long do I need to wait for True Tan to dry and when can I apply other products?

Wait 5-10 minutes for True Tan to dry before applying other products.

How do I prepare my skin for the best possible result?

Exfoliate your skin 24 hours before application and ensure it is clean and dry.

Why do you only have one formula for self tan?

Our formula is designed to work for all skin types and tones.

Can I use True Tan when I’m pregnant?

Yes, our formula is safe to use during pregnancy. Avoid the breast area during breastfeeding. If you have a pre-existing condition or health concern, consult your doctor before.

Does True Tan work with beard?

Yes, True Tan can be used over facial hair.

Supreme Serum

What does the Supreme Serum do?

Our Supreme Serum restores moisture, leaving your skin soft, smooth, and nourished, while promoting a healthy microbiome.

When should I apply Supreme Serum?

After cleansing morning and/or evening, follow up with moisturiser to seal in the treatment. For dry skin, use the serum every evening for 7 days (20 seconds each time). Then, apply 2-3 evenings per week as needed.

Can I use other serums or products with Supreme Serum?

Yes, our Supreme Serum is formulated to work with other serums and creams.

Is Supreme Serum scented?

Yes, this product has a light fig fragrance to enhance your experience. It is allergy-tested and suitable for sensitive skin.

Is it normal if my skin becomes red after using the Supreme Serum?

A slight redness is normal due to active ingredients, but if irritation persists, stop use and consult a dermatologist.

Does the Supreme Serum work for all skin types?

Yes, our products are formulated to be effective for all skin types.

What does the Multi Essence do?

This multipurpose essence hydrates, improves skin texture, reduces redness, refines pores, and offers blue light protection.

When should I apply Multi Essence?

You can apply Multi Essence during mornings and evenings but also at any time throughout the day.

Can I use other serums or products with Multi Essence?

Yes, Multi Essence is gentle and designed to interact with other serums and creams.

Is Multi Essence scented?

Yes, this product has a light fig fragrance to enhance your experience. It is allergy-tested and suitable for sensitive skin.

Uniform-C Serum

What does the Uniform-C Serum do?

This gentle vitamin C serum improves skin texture, reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and pigmentation, protects against UV damage, and balances moisture, leaving your skin glowing and healthy.

When should I apply Uniform-C Serum?

Apply the Uniform-C Serum every morning after cleansing and before applying sunscreen.

Can I use other serums or products with Uniform-C Serum?

Yes, you can. We recommend using each active serum on alternate days or using Uniform-C Serum in the morning and another serum, like the Supreme Serum, in the evening. Although our products are designed to work together, test them individually at first.

Will the effectiveness of the Uniform-C Serum be reduced if I mix it with other capsules?

No, the product is formulated to complement the ingredients in our other capsules.

Is the Uniform-C Serum suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our time-released Vitamin C ensures a steady, continuous release into your skin, unlike conventional products that release all at once.
