You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item.

To do so, please contact our customer care with your order number and the reason for your return. Please state your name, email address and telephone number for us to get in touch with you if needed.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made.

Please note that "Complimentary" items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.

The campaign offer is based on the amount of the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfill the criteria for the campaign offer and the gift is being kept, the free gift will be charged.

Kindly note that you are subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.
